Our installation workmanship guarantee: 2 years
DaNeW Glazing Systems Ltd provides a 2-year guarantee from completion against defects caused by our installation workmanship. If a covered workmanship defect is confirmed, we will put it right at no charge. Your quotation and written guarantee set out the agreed installation scope and how to report a concern.
Product manufacturing faults are covered separately under the applicable manufacturer guarantee. Accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and problems caused by failure to follow maintenance instructions are outside this additional workmanship guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.
£10 million public liability insurance
DaNeW Glazing Systems Ltd holds public liability insurance with a limit of £10 million. Insurance details are available on request. Public liability insurance is separate from the installation guarantee; it is not an insurance-backed guarantee.
Building Regulations and Building Control
For installations that require Building Regulations notification, we use the Building Control route. The quotation explains the application arrangements, relevant fees and the work covered. The relevant completion or final certificate follows satisfactory inspection and approval by the Building Control body.
DaNeW Glazing Systems Ltd does not currently claim FENSA or Certass registration. For work within an extension or larger building project, glazing may form part of the wider Building Control application. We agree the appropriate route before installation.
Manufacturer guarantees
The manufacturer, product, component, property use and installation location determine the cover. We confirm the terms applicable to your order in writing. A manufacturer's guarantee does not automatically cover every component, site labour or installation costs.
Quickslide windows and doors
Quickslide advertises a 10-year manufacturing guarantee for its windows and for Quick-Glide slide-and-fold doors. Component-specific cover, exclusions, maintenance requirements and claim conditions are governed by Quickslide's guarantee document. We confirm the applicable document for your chosen product before ordering.

Korniche and Made for Trade
The following published periods apply to frames and hardware for domestic premises in non-marine environments. The supplier's full terms and your order specification apply.

Before ordering, check the product specification, manufacturer cover, fitting scope, Building Control arrangements and payment terms. For supply-only orders, our installation workmanship guarantee does not apply because DaNeW is not carrying out the fitting.
